Looking for good trip locations

I am looking for some tips about good camping spots in Alaska or Canada if anyone has gone.  I am interested in taking a 2 week camping/hiking/canoeing/climbing/fishing vacation after I graduate.  I would appreciate hearing back from anyone who has camped in Canada or Alaska.
